LICENSING
Atlas DUI School is a fully licensed DUI education provider in Tennessee through the Tennessee Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services (TDMHSAS), License #37950. We are authorized to deliver state-approved programs, including Prime for Life® and other evidence-based courses. Our Tennessee license ensures that all courses meet state standards for DUI education and are recognized by courts, probation departments, and for license reinstatement with the Tennessee Department of Safety and Homeland Security.
In addition to serving Tennessee clients, we have extensive experience assisting individuals with out-of-state DUI charges. Many jurisdictions accept our Tennessee-licensed programs, allowing clients from other states to meet their legal requirements efficiently.
We also provide guidance to confirm approval with supervising authorities and, in many cases, can submit certificates directly to the relevant state agency.
