If you're located in a different time zone, please adjust the start time accordingly. Prompt attendance is important; arriving late may require the instructor and client to extend past the scheduled end time or arrange a reschedule.

Your course fee covers 12 hours of Prime for Life instruction, a certificate of completion (emailed to you immediately after class), and a Prime for Life workbook provided in either digital or paperback format, depending on how the course is delivered.  Same for the 16, 20-hour format.

Most DUI schools do not keep client certificates as long as they should. We often hear from individuals who later find their certificate can’t be retrieved, leaving them no choice but to retake—and repay for—the course.

At Atlas DUI School, we retain your certificates for 10 years, ensuring you can always access a replacement when needed. Unlike many DUI schools that charge for a new certificate, we provide replacements free of charge.

If you choose Atlas and ever need another copy, simply visit the Client Support page—which you’ll gain access to once enrolled—and submit a request. A replacement certificate will be emailed to you promptly. It’s that easy.

Yes. All instructors at Atlas DUI School are certified by the Prevention Research Institute, the creators of Prime for Life, to teach Prime for Life drinking and driving/DUI/OWI courses. Our instructors come from professional backgrounds, have teaching experience, and are committed to creating a non-judgmental environment where you can successfully work through the course. 

Yes. The 12,16,20-hour Prime for Life courses we offer are fully accepted in Tennessee. Our school is state-licensed (License # 37950) through the Tennessee Department of Mental Health & Substance Abuse Services and is in good standing. We have offices in Nashville, Memphis, and Knoxville, and your certificate will be recognized statewide. It will be emailed to you immediately after completing the course. 

After selecting a class date, clients enter their basic information, pay for the course, and are emailed a link to the Client Intake Portal, where they complete mandatory electronic forms, including intake and consent forms.

• Virtual classes: The day before class, they will receive a Zoom link to attend.
• In-person classes: They will receive instructions with the location and start time the day before class.

We do offer a 1:1 DUI Program, which is conducted outside of regularly scheduled classes. Please email us to discuss rates and availability at info@atlasduischool.com or call us at any of our offices statewide.

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds once a class is booked. This policy is necessary due to factors such as instructor scheduling, the purchase of instructional materials, and the fact that a reserved seat cannot be offered to another client.

If you have a scheduling conflict, you can reach out to discuss options. The best option is to purchase the Atlas Pass, which allows you to transfer your enrollment to a future class instead of losing your payment.
